Dalle nostre mani is a company that I formed with Lapo Tardelli, agronomist, kindergarten companion and lifelong friend. Giulio Wilson Rosetti, in addition to being a singer-songwriter, is an oenologist and thanks to the conversion of ancient vineyards into organic farming produces on the hills of the Cerbaie, together with Lapo, a range of natural wines from organic farming. The vineyards are characterized only by Tuscan vines, such as the pugnitello, round leaf or the abrusco, which extend to the protected oasis of the Padule di Fucecchio. This project was born in 2005 when the two decided to rearrange some vineyards in Fucecchio. Many of these old vineyards belonged to local farmers and were dilapidated, in a state of neglect for various reasons: some related to the seniority of the peasant owners and others due to poor profitability. In all these years the project has evolved; today they cultivate 14 hectares of ancient renovated vineyards converted to organic farming. They use the ancient form of farming called "Tuscan inverted circle" and tie the shoots to the rows with the willow branches without using plastic, just as they once did. All agronomic operations, from pruning to grape harvesting, are performed manually with great passion, the same that characterizes the production of these natural wines which have all really passed through our hands. The wine they produce is alive, sincere and natural, produced with respect for the environment and the people who drink it.
