Dos Tierras is a blend of 50% Nero d'Avola and 50% Tempranillo. The percentages may vary depending on the year. Both grapes ferment naturally. We prepare the fermentation base a few days before it will add to the total mass. The Tempranillo harvest takes place in August. Nero d'Avola in mid-September. After about 26-30 months in barrels and barriques, the cuts begin. The wine is bottled without being filtered. The sulfur if necessary is added at the time of bottling in minimum quantities: 1gr./2gr. x hl.
