The vines are located south of the appellation in the "Fangueiron" sector. The characteristic of the land is the presence of numerous white pebbles that absorb the warm rays of the sun during the day to throw them out during the night. The vinification involves whole bunches with a maceration of about 20 days. All with a "raisonnée" culture, therefore using as little pesticides as possible to maintain the balance of the soil and the plant. Maintenance of the screw is done manually.
