The "Cuvée Brut" classic method sparkling wine from the Terrazze dell'Etna winery is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes that grow on the slopes of Etna between 750 and 950 meters above sea level. The volcanic environment and the lava soil, in a warm but breezy climate characterized by a remarkable temperature range between day and night, are the precious ingredients of this truly exceptional terroir. It is from this wonderful context that the Blanc de Blancs Classic Method of the winery is born, placed on pepitres rests 36 months on the lees and subsequently the disgorgement is done by hand, using the ancient French method called "à la volé", typical of best Champagne maisons.
